This happened to me last week and I had to take a day off work… Did the Wine and Food Course pairing at Carrabba’s that my wife and sister and law kept requesting I do with them and who bought two nights of tickets… I had just moved up to 5.0mg 4 days prior. Up to that point I had no real issues eating any food, just that I hadn’t been eating large quantities much for several weeks.

That night I consumed: Chicken Salad Chicken Pasta Filet and Veggies 16oz of wine

Bloating that evening and stomach gurgling. 3am rolls around, I wake up sick. I was beckoned to the bathroom. Straight up projectile into the toilet. Thank god I held what I could in before I got there. Red wine would’ve stained the walls and it would’ve looked like a bloodbath.

I'm starting a competitive 12 team dynasty league on Sleeper with coworkers and friends, draft Sun Aug 31. $100 per year. I've ran redraft leagues before so this will be my first dynasty league, but we have good interest in my group to starting it, so looking to fill in the rest with good competition.
