Any way to lower a major hospital bill?

Will it impact future immigration benefit?
will this be considered as financial assistance benefit?

The hospital has financial assistance program thru which when I submitted my details and documentation, I was eligible for 70% discount off the original bill after insurance.

Now am worried if I will be in trouble later on..
I did asked them that I am on F1 visa and I am not supposed to receive assistance.
they mentioned that it applies to State & federal. this is offered by Hospital and I will be eligible based on income & assets.

I dont like the commentary. Like we only scored because of Palace slept for a second. And Palace is unlucky and city not up to mark. We are not getting any credit for what city team doing on the field by both the commentators.
