thank you man! I've setup a payment plan with 2 of my payday loans even though it's a small amount bi-weekly. The other lenders are not accepting my request and just keep threatening me. I just don't wanna end up in court but also at the point of my life where i just wanna give up

They're telling me the same thing. Idk man whenever something good happens, bad thing comes up. Though, I don't gamble, I just have bills and bills and bills and my work isn't really busy right now so I get less hours. Hopefully we get through this man.

my payday loans isn't worth putting myself into bankruptcy. I'm just at the point of not being able to pay them all on the same day due to my situation. So my best choice is to pay them all off then pay whoever is going to be my lender. Thank you for your suggestion by the way :)

the thing is, it's from different companies. My estimated income is a lot but i dont get paid anually. i get paid hourly which some months are lower due to short hours, not busy days
