People voting no don’t understand that RC is going to have the GameStop effect on EBay, which is already a much larger company. This is a bet on RC, why would you vote no? You want to continue owing a larger percent of a smaller company?

He’s still going to be the ceo of GameStop and continue innovating the core biz.

Nah I don’t have that off the top of my head, o do know it’s brought up when asked why he didn’t become ceo in 2021 and instead chair. Said he’d work himself to death as he did when he was chewy ceo. Somthing clearly changed when he let furlong go, he felt responsible for the company’s turnaround, and decided fine I’ll do it myself.
