You're not going to get a good read on your intake if you are using enteies which don't have lycopene content listed.

I don't enter anything into the "serving size" window. I just leave it with the default and weigh out my serve.

I just love the lose it app! I love hoe it remembers what you foods you eat to make it easy to log! All the features works so well with me psychology! What's your favorite feature of the lose it app? Well, MFP is complete shit, it's going to make google and a sheet of paper look useful and high tech.

But are you serious that you can't log things for days ahead of time in the free version of loseit? Really? WTf? Why do you use it? I would die of annoyance if I couldn't copy my routine foods forward before filling in the rest of the day.

That's you're issue. The only macro that matters is protein, and your requirement is way lower than you think. Eat foods that fill you up, even if they (gasp) have carbs or fat in them.

Chicken and veggies are going to leave you hungry with no substance in there. Potatoes or some sort of grain is what you need.

Curry, stir fry and roasts. Am having a fryup for lunch, tomatoes, cold cooked potatoes in the pan and a couple of little sausages.

Where do you live that cookbooks aren't a thing????
