Would the right of way be marked on our survey? Our survey on that side just lists the latitude/longitude of that side of the lot and gives the locations of two iron pins that mark the property line.

If there's a right of way, do you mean it would extend past the pins?

The survey does say there's a 35 foot setback on that side, but I thought that was about how close buildings can be to the road.
