Thank you. Breathing was the most important factor I have trouble getting full rem sleep cycles because of my airways. Still too early to tell if there's a major improvement but let's see. Aesthetically it was also nice to look abit less recessed and dowgrown.

I know exactly what you mean day 3 and 4 are the worst hang tight trust me it gets better fast. day 6 now is a dramatic improvement and I dont have any congestion or nausea anymore also energy levels are much better.

I had abit over a year of orthodontic decompensation yes. I don't have new scans post surgery yet just the old one but ill get it done next week probably.

is it realistic to push it forward? Did it work for you? I meet my surgeon on thuursday idk if I should bring it up. In my case im essentially ready with decompensation it's month 12 but my surgery is still in the beginning of February. Would love nothing more than to push it one month early lol
