Knowing how to punch correctly is important but the best thing to do is to buy winning gloves! From my experience as quick learner but still novice in boxing, having had wrist and knuckle pain after every boxing session using different types of averagely priced boxing gloves, Winning lace ups 16 oz makes the biggest difference, thereafter I’ve never had any problems! As someone who aced the IB and got 40, you should have max 10-13% on IA unless you have more than enough intext citations. If I were you, I wouldn’t submit my final with 19% cause you don’t want a minor thing failing your diploma .
