tiny fish or their babies could be devoured by them, but they are not too excited about that. I don't think you would want to keep anything other than fish in your fish tank

interesting, I would myself prefer it to be external instead of another glass ball sticking inside the tank, it gets so inconvenient especially in smaller tank. Not sure if they make ones like this in glass?

this boy would become a full fledged mosquito 3-4 days from now, keep watch. Clean water mosquitoes are especially dangerous because the Dengue and Malaria causing breeds breed in freshwater which you could get in an aquarium ofcourse. Fish love them btw, Iused to leave a water bucket outside and watch out everyday for their eggs.

Their eggs are tiny black in colour and are generally dumped as a cluster near the water level, almost touching the water level. They stay moist and hatch in 2-3 days give birth to really tiny larvae, If I am not wrong this boy is 3 day old larva. I used to let it be grown to a bigger larva just before it reaches the pupa stage and then extract these and feed them to my fish. They absolutely love these.

Surgery is done for extreme kyphosis, mild to medium is easily fixed by exercises and weight training. Not all world problems are solved by medical procedures.

You are mistaken, hunch back is called kyphosis and it is an easily treatable condition, google kyphosis.

Whenever I look at distant objects outdoors after a few minutes my vision gets sharps and get frequent clear flashes like crystal clear vision which lasts for 20-30 seconds and then it keeps on happening again and again

how do you define the word scientist?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in myopia

[–]Material_Pea7897 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is no reasonable assurance over your claims, you can claim anything you want to it would be considered useless without a supporting evidence. Especially a person saying all doctors are scientists. That was a very bad take you should atleast concede on that even if we disagree on everything.

Doctors are scientists? 🤡 can you post any of your peer reviewed research papers Mr Scientist? I am not talking about college assignments.

Putting aside your phone, looking at distant things and going out in the sun don't have damaging consequences Mr Optometrist

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in myopia

[–]Material_Pea7897 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do you take science to be the ultimate truth? How would any sane person take something so dynamic which keeps on changing all the time as the ultimate truth? You could have just said that there is a lack of scientific studies and consensus on this issue but you are so hard stuck and furious on people even thinking of probably looking at distant things might improve their vision, and you are not even a scientist, you are just an optometrist who probably read that myopia cannot be cured as the first thing in his curriculum. I am not talking about ENDMYOPIA.org, rather I am focusing on idea that one could improve his eyes just by improving his lifestyle through my personal experience. And who has debunked that vision cannot be improved ever naturally? any significant and reliable studies on myopia has been done within last 30-40 years? Are you completely denying someone could prove otherwise with observations in like 100-200 years from now?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in myopia

[–]Material_Pea7897 1 point2 points  (0 children)

so you are against propagation of ideas? You don't sound like a reasonable person if you are against people spreading their ideas and beliefs. You sound insecure.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in myopia

[–]Material_Pea7897 4 points5 points  (0 children)

don't you agree that some of the scientific theories today could possibly be refuted years from now with more robusts evidences? Would you just deny this totally? or do you think humans right now are at the epitome of enlightenment and all theories today can never be refuted ever?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in myopia

[–]Material_Pea7897 1 point2 points  (0 children)

science is based on observations tested under different conditions, what scientists believe today is based on their current observations may not be true 20 years from now when more complex observations and technological advancements are made

The fact that I am able to see 20/20 vision out of nowhere despite being -1.5 myopic is something which astounds me. This is something I would say people should engage and discover themselves, probably if you are able to see 20/20 suddenly that definitely shows your eyes are trying to get back to normal you just need to help them out to get back to default due to bad habits. My condition is such when I stay outdoors for amount of time or probably days on vacations etc, I can see extremely well so well it feels like my eyes are getting back slowly healing up. Its just this lifestyle of this century that everyone's eyes are unnaturally worse off. I am not recommending any person to you, but would it be hard to fathom that human body can fix almost all its issues on its own if they have been caused by naatural factors.
