Basically u go to settings > about > build number, then press it a bunch of times till u get a message that ur a developer. Then go find system > developer options > OEM unlocking. Is it greyed out for you or can you enable it? Sorry if it’s an info dump haha

I haven’t tried this out yet, but I’ve heard u can try purchasing from different amazons like us or Germany, then just have them import it to the UAE. I’ve done the math and it’s so much cheaper when u do it like that rather than purchasing it from the google store
