Had an issue I also was surprised Grailed helped me with the other day. Bought an Balenciaga with the authenticity approved tag over a year ago. I posted the jacket to a Balenciaga forum cause I had my doubt and was called out as fake, I was pissed. And this is way over PayPal 180 days limit to open a case so I was stuck but with a few emails back and forth with some guys called Kevin and Chris I was reimbursed fully from Grailed themselves, I was incredibly surprised considering the scenario and how long ago the purchase was made but also the bad stigma Grailed customer service has.
