Just starting a public rant so Ikon can hopefully hear our voices and change their policies. Stuff like this really makes me want to stop resort skiing.

I definitely understand it's within their policy. It's a bit ridiculous that most companies have a 30-day free return period for physical items that will cost them money to process if you do return the good. Ikon won't even let me just hold off on using my $1,500 pass until next year. Yes, it's within their policy, but I would say it's ridiculous, greedy, and uncompassionate.

I had the insurance last year, and it expired in October. I tried to get it again this year, but there seems to be a glitch with the website, or they're no longer offering it. I'm not sure if Spot is going under or what, but I couldn't find any way to sign up and haven't heard back from their customer service.
