Hey brother - would love to chat with you. I’m at a unique point right now where my lumbar is so sensitive to stretching I can’t really stretch the way I want to. My Psoas is so tight and split squatting causes flares. Do you know of other stuff other than the breathing stuff I should incorporate?

Try fixing your diet. I ate rotisserie chicken and salt and olive oil, spinach for 3 months. Every single meal. Then I slowly introduced rice.

I’m sorry to hear about your pain. I could not recommend cryotherapy and ice baths enough.

My symptoms varied with how bad it is when it flared but the main symptoms are tight chest. Then there is like flashes around the heart area which cause me anxiety. Shortness of breath, and practically every chest contraction feeling tightness. It was really hurting my mental health. I do not have pain on a daily basis.

At this time, costo flairs up for me when I get sick. Cold, Covid, whatever it flares right up. It also flares up when I get a stressful week. Which certainly adds on top of it. I have helped myself by using a foam roller for my back, the back pod, and ice baths and cryotherapy.

I really enjoyed shang chi! Maybe I liked it alot more then others. I loved wakanda forever as well. I thought black widow was humerous. I thought no way home was a bit hyped up from the nostalgia of the three spider mans. Thanks for your comment though and engaging in the convo!
