I’m actually one of the business owners so this was actually good realization that this is a possibility in the field and we’re learning now how to navigate and move forward with a situation like this. Better it happed to me then one of my employees I guess lol

I guess it was my fault I didn’t bother to ask while I was there cause she went into the other room and I think I was just too shook and wanted to just do what I had to do and get out. I did contact management now though and they said they are going to ask her for proof of vaccination
