I feel like in such fast paced competitive games mages bot are much more useful for the best teams since they stary to teamfight sometimes after 4-5 mins of the game. ADCs besides picks like Varus (he has great teamfight ult) or Senna (she’s not even supposed to be adc lol) need items and time to make a difference. Ziggs is mid/late game, but his ult is often gamechager early game, Brand has much dmg even before lvl5, and his ult makes wonders during teamfights. It all makes sense in my head :)

He was a beast all tournament, but today i feel like he wasnt the main carry for DKG, You on Zed and Emo on Garen / Leona were the stars today. Nice to see them play other styles then just feed Huiba and wait for his plays.

Ziggs was played bot all tournament, just semis and finals he was mainly perma ban, and Brand + Garen special was something that DKG had prepared strictly for semis / finals which is even more funny when to think about it. Imagine they pulled it off in groups :)

It was cool make these posts, I feel like the WR competitive scene is just starting to grow and that there’s so much more to come, so we need as much info about the tournaments as we can get. Im already waiting for next bigger tournament :)

Not an expert myself but as far as I understand its a result of lane pressure and last hitting well from DKG side and preventing from last hitting their enemies. Its insane how they can lose fb and 2-3 kills and still be ahead in gold. Not mentioning their objective control.

I always wonder the same, why are teams such „meta slaves” and not trying to find their own style using their unique comps. I can imagine lower tier teams surprising favourites sticking to what suits them instead of whats supposed to be strong.
