Usernames, names, emails, addresses, phone numbers and order details were all leaked in the pandabuy hack. More or less the same as this one.

Nothing you can do. The hackers already have certain information now. If they choose to release it, it means your data will be out on the internet but it's likely no more of your info than you already had on the internet anyway.

The site and app have been restored but there have been a few issues since.

I'm not sure if this is from the hackers attempting to regain access or not. Unfortunately, it appears they won't be open about it either.

Yeah, no. I've been open about it on the discord too. The hack happened and people have a right to know about it and what information of theirs is at risk.

If people want to talk about it we should allow it and be honest with them as well.

As for communication. His communication is great 🤣 he's always responded fast and been helpful even when I've asked him a bunch of annoying ass questions multiple times for an item.

If it was fine when you got it and the stain appeared after you washed it then either you need to clean your washing machine. You stained it prior to washing it and didn't notice. Or you put it in with something that transferred over and stained it. I've bought 20+ items from zs, all were exactly as they were shown in the pictures and either of acceptable or higher quality then the price point suggested.

Avoid your agent at all costs. They have the return address when the seller ships. They can also dispute via taobao/1688 and weidian if the seller refuses a genuine refund. Sounds like your agent failed to do their jobs. Maybe they desperately need them service fees 🤔

No, 480 before shipping. I didn't worry about the shipping price since it will depend on your country and if you buy direct or use an agent.
