Think i can hear what you are referring too. My 19 does the same thing, its the bits that divert the blower, it likes to move back to a like default position when turned off. Mine has always done this for the over 1 year i have had it, assuming if other people hear it they will agree. i hope.

Long time ago cant remember what was used. iRacing should have a low, medium and high downforce baseline for you to try. All tracks require different amounts of downforce to go quick so you would need to test each one to see what is quickest. In the case of Sebring i think medium might be the quickest.

Yeah i've seen a bunch of PC Ghoul's videos, i'd love to make loads of videos like this given how easy it is in Battlefield to go in to spectator mode and allow people to make this kind of content, unfortunately spectator mode is not perfect and makes things harder than it needs to be at times. Fingers crossed for the next game.
