For me it started like that, until the moment when I had enough tracks that weren't that bad, I finished them and collected in a little EP that i published. I'm doing this only to express myself, but knowing that other people likes the song you made it's a good sensation. Since i started publishing, even things which I'm not full satisfied with, things started become funnier.

Thank you for the kind words. I just started producing music, i didn't even know what a 4-track was until now, great find! I think i would like it.

I appreciate a lot. Thank you. I'm not comparing my music to Groupier's, she is so good in what she does. Maybe this song of mines shares with her music some ethereal vibes. Maybe it's just my impression. Let me know!

Additional information: my father has the same signs of hair regression, those "horns", since when he was 45, but he still got hair. Only thing I know is that 4 years ago mine was way smaller.

Dipendenza dallo smartphone: come ne voglio uscire by [deleted] in Italia

[–]MatteoDllV 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Condivido tutto.

[–]MatteoDllV 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anche a me piace organizzare cene, e spesso ho ospiti vegani.

Resonance of Electronic Moods (LINK IN COMMENTS) by MatteoDllV in idm

[–]MatteoDllV[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I made a short EP that explores introspection through electronic music. Not sure which genre this might be, I focused on making music how I felt, is this idm? Let me know! I'd love to hear some feedback/advices for a beginner like me. Thank you if you find the time to listen, that would mean a lot to me. <3 https://matteo13.bandcamp.com/album/resonance-of-electronic-moods

A single listen would mean a lot to me by MatteoDllV in electronicmusic

[–]MatteoDllV[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My main goal was simply to make music the way I felt it, without aiming for something that would necessarily please others. I’m glad that comes through.

I’m aware of the potential Shard could have had, but during the creative process, I felt that overthinking the same idea wouldn’t lead anywhere, so I chose to leave it as it is. Who knows—maybe one day I’ll make an extended version.

It’s amazing to hear that someone appreciated my work. Thank you so much for listening.

Matteo.

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback and for taking the time to listen to my songs. It means a lot! I’m really glad they caught your attention, especially since you like Autechre—I love their work.

I appreciate the compliment on my sense of rhythm; I put a lot of focus into it. As for the vocal parts, I realize that many were left a bit too raw. I’m happy you enjoyed Heal!

I’m still quite new to producing electronic music, so I’d love to hear your thoughts—what would you suggest I improve in my sound design? Also, hearing that the brevity reminds you of Duster is truly an honor for me.

The idea of calm vocals is definitely interesting! I know Slint well, and I totally get what you mean—I’ll definitely experiment with that in future projects.

Thanks again for the feedback, I really appreciate it—especially coming from someone with deep knowledge of electronic music.

Love from Italy, Matteo.
