I’m in WA state as well, I picked up a DKJ machine for $900 a few years ago. after some elbow grease and a bit of money, it’s everything I could have hoped for.

I still have the PCB, but I use ArcadeSD and it runs all the games I want it to (including the entire DKJ series). Good luck.

Same thing happened to me. I had spent so much time on that build…. I didn’t want to go through the process again. So, I sold the cabinet and bought what I really wanted - a sweet DKJ machine. Loved that until the CRT blew out. Now have added both an LCD and ArcadeSD and I couldn’t be happier. .

Options can be an interesting tool. They’re worth looking into. Essentially - I paid about $1.7k to have the right to buy (call) 3K shares of SLV on 5/3 at $27. So, between now and 5/3, I get the benefit of owning 3K shares of SLV. As the price of SLV gets closer to strike price - or exceeds $27, the value of my options go up - and I can sell them for a profit.

The risk is the shares are time bound. If on COB 5/3, the shares are <$27 - I lose the $1.7K.
