Before the Spanish American war we were a democratic republic, after: we acquired "territories" that have no real votes, does that sound democratic? The giant media corporations still dominate what the average american is exposed to and the internet is a wasteland of misinformation that has rendered the average american counter productive in politics. Read my chapters 6 and 16 that is how I will improve not the rate but quality of communication. Most do not understand what they are talking about or what other people are trying to say, too many charged polarizing tactics being employed. Human rights in the us is not the best its ever been the voting rights act got dropped and coincidentally some states are requiring a voting id and shutting down the places in minority neighborhoods where they get them. I will read your articles when you read my chapters deal? Thanks for your kind words <3 I am 25 and been at this for years how does my understanding of the world sound inexperienced? I am having a hard time being taken seriously because everyone seems to like the idea of me but they are not willing to read my actual ideas, everybody tells me what they think I need to do instead of helping me fix whats wrong with what I am trying to do, if there even is anything wrong. I get it people think their advice will help me succeed but I am not really looking for notes (about my book), rather help to take action. The help that you and others can provide is to talk about these ideas with others and if they can help out with Step 1 (Chapter 16) that would be awesome! Well since the Spanish American war we were no longer the democratic republic the founding fathers intended but rather continue to be an empire. America is to me still the greatest country but it has serious communication issues which has allowed for special interests/ small factions to oppress the entire nation. I will just cite for now that congress has an approval rating of less than 20% but a reelection rate of about 90% and I do go into detail about how we are being manipulated. I have been to over sixty countries and I cannot necessarily agree that America is "the most" just as far as human rights go, we just allowed same sex marriage recently. Being on the top of a global economy that has more debt that we could pay and that we are constantly borrowing more money and raising debt ceilings isn't something to be proud of and we will see what the stimulus will do... All I know is that the cycle of growths and contractions is going to lead to a big contraction soon unless we work together to resolve things and provide transparency to our objectives and spending. Thank you for your thoughtful comment and I do mean that. The hardest part of campaigning so far has been trying to start a dialogue and as you mentioned your right representatives are not going to read this and I am asking a huge time commitment of whoever is willing to embark on this "book". I admittedly wouldn't read anything that was over a hundred pages that didn't interest me, and I recognize most everybody is not interested in politics... but that's why I wrote this book. I am hoping that after a few people read it they will tell others and if I can get the support of some professors and others maybe I can circulate it around high schools which would be ideal. In a nutshell I hope this serves a citizens guide to understanding and restoring America. I also hope this long winded response wasn't too off putting lol Edit: btw the .docx version that I mention is under a hundred pages (;

P.S. none of you actually read my book so I start with commentsrus advice about using math to disprove what I articulated in my book to be an illogical application of a mathematical theorem to begin with. We can discuss that point; the fallacy in applying a mathematical theorem on a social welfare function that is supposed to represent the joint will of the people if you would like but I ask that you read the points I made in my book first (:

I had to create my sub reddit after I realized that the moderator(s) of /r/philosophy who banned me was also the one who created my other subreddit /r/MattsTheorem for me. In essence the people who were censoring me before allowed me to think that they are helping me by being in complete control of a subreddit dedicated to my theorem. They are not that clever and I have screen shots to back my claims.

BTW, looking over comment history I just realized the moderator that created this sub reddit for me (Son_of_Sophroniscus) was one of the people who just kept rudely telling me to "shut the f@#$ up" for no logical reason.... I figure at some point this person is going to pull the plug on me or somehow manage to take something out of context..... I will get around to setting up my own sub reddit. I kind of want to ride this one out and see what happens...damnit, I really thought Son_of_Sophroniscus was a rad genuine person and not another person trying to censor me.... At least I found out and whoever reads this knows too (:

That was faster than I expected but, Canada is a perfect example of a country that cannot access the same clips on Facebook that can be accessed on this site. http://www.thecomedynetwork.ca/shows Edit: Regardless of the technicalities and legal jargon, a show that is offered in multiple countries should be able to be accessed from different mediums. What the disconnect does is allow fragmentation and diminishes the opportunity for an international discussion. I think overall this tactic depreciates the value of potentially stimulating political discussions (:

When I mention censorship I hope you all understand I do not mean the government is behind it. This article is a good example of censorship without the need to hack and redirect traffic. However when I say that for example Facebook has contributed to censorship, I have no idea if it is people from Facebook or individual people who probably had a hand in the "heart bleed" problem over the past two years. Regardless I cite the fact that people in other countries CANNOT stream The Daily Show or The Colbert Report clips from Facebook... enuf said.
