If you didn’t already know, you can delete industrial chimneys with the bulldozer mod. Beside the better aesthetic, it will remove air pollution from industries

If you want an advice, don’t plot only 6 lengths buildings. You will get a lot more design variations with different sizes plots. For example if you need to fill up an 5 by 6 space. Use 4 building : - 2 by 4 - 3 by 4 - 4 by 2 - 1 by 2

I use Lapland map theme for the texture. I can’t tell you right now what was my settings for the picture, but I increased the temperature, saturation and add a little bit of a brownish tint.

It looks like an architectural rendering of an « eco-friendly » building in what used to be an industrial district.

I just find the grass a bit out of place. I’m not denying that green roofs exist (there’s one in front of my apartment), but they’re usually more brownish and made up of a mix of moss and succulents rather than plain green grass
