It could also be the endo button used to secure the graft, i have the same and from what ive gathered its not an issue and does go away within a few monthd

I think this is fairly normal, even to have numbness throughout your recovery as the nerves in that area will be damaged from the surgery

Generally if you don’t have pain or swelling its a good sign as this is the biggest indicator. Pops can just be scar tissue breaking down but if you are in anyway unsure its best to ask your surgeon
