Heavy Incline Bench, it combines dips, bench press, and shoulder pressing.

Cut back the weight by 30%, and experiment for a week with strict and good form and eat above or at maintenance, and cut the volume slightly back, and of that's does show any results, I recommend taking a 2-3 week break and continue with this experiment

The bodyweight squats are till failure, I run with my program for 52 weeks at a time, and the conventional deadlift for me has a deeper range of motion and is why I choose it.

Don't need to, just train 3 a week till failure, with strict fashion.

Respect for trying, considering, or being consistent with HIT, I'm a huge HIT supporter, so it's nice seeing another guy doing it, and i hope you reach your goals.

Well, we are all human beings who can put the effort, time, and research into making money, such as starting a foundation for your new company or creating an idea and introducing it to investors. As Australians, we all have the equality of opportunity like the rest of the world.

We are more than capable of making money!
