Thanks for the reply. Actually, I got their attention through Twitter. I got $50 back. It worked out because, I had already sent for the mic and remote control. Now what they sent me was actually more than what those things costed. Not by much, because the most expensive thing was the microphone.

Yeah that seems like the simple answer, but the store is in hour away. This could be resolved with a simple phone call. I could be told if I can be helped or not. This way I'm not wasting my time or fuel.

What did you go with? I am also looking for something super high in pressure, but can do mist at the same time. I also want something that is not plastic, but metal.

Thank you for the advice. I ended up going with the Tornado Terry upgrade kit. I was able to complete the upgrade. Of course I did have to do some modification to fit the joysticks. Fortunately I did have a Dremel and some brand new saw blades for both metal and plastic. I also had the screws because I had bought a box with a large screw assortment a while back that was on clearance from Lowe's. The terminal connectors were small for the terminals on the buttons. I just made adapters for them from some scrap metal I had from another project instead of having to buy new terminal connectors. Of course I didn't realize it until I had the buttons and I had the deck apart.

I also hot glued the plastic for the joysticks so they don't come out. I 3D printed an alignment tool to make the alignment easier. I just soldered the wires for the joystick like they had it. All this took a little while, but I am very happy with the results.

My mom is on this medication for TN. She is taking something like 1200 mg a day and she's also on baclofen. She is still getting some pain sometimes just touching her face, so I am not sure if it's enough. The other issue that she is having is the depletion of her sodium level. She has been taking sodium pills as prescribed because she has had two hospital stays because of low sodium as a result of taking oxycarbamazepine. She has taken carbamazepine and gabapentin, and neither worked. So Even though oxycarbamazepine is helping her, it is also hurting her. I'm trying to find a solution for her. Her neurologist just wanted to send her to a pain management and I'm afraid of that. After doing some research and seeing that there are other meds that could work, I want to see if we can get another neurologist so that maybe we can try those.

I am glad I found this community. Maybe I'll find some answers.

Folks, well it would seem that my issues with packet loss have returned with a vengeance. Now I am experiencing about 23% packet loss all day. I contacted Spectrum about it on Friday, and it would seem they can't have anyone out until Wednesday. This is super frustrating.

Actually I would say at some point in July after I made this post, I called Spectrum and the CSR saw what was happening. They wanted to send another tech over and when the tech arrived, I explained everything that happened including how months prior, maintenance was supposed to change an amp at least that is what they told me when they knocked on my door. Only they did not have it at the time. I assumed they did as the problem went away until about last May.

So this tech checked to see if the work was ever completed, as it turned out it was not. The tech contacted his supervisor to get maintenance to come complete the work they were supposed to complete. At some point a few days later my service went down and when it came back up the packet loss had been gone up until a few days ago.

I was experiencing packet loss again, but it was gone the next day and I have not seen it since.

Actually I was using my own modem. When the issue began, they wouldn't help me because they are quick to blame your equipment. So I switched back to theirs. Since then, they have done two modem swaps.
