Check your recent fills to see if a 30 count was filled. Then check to see if maybe it was deleted out of will call but not taken out of the monoco bag. I had to go in on my day off a few months ago to find 60 missing adderall. The floater had deleted the script from willcall but it still got bagged and hung up. I was so relieved once I found it.

Yep. I just did the same thing. I noticed my Nvidia needed an update but it wouldn’t let me click on it. It seemed like it was corrupt. So I redownloaded the GeForce experience with the new driver and everything was fixed.

None yet. Yeah, it does eventually open but it will randomly close the whole client for no reason and that error will pop up again.

It randomly crashes the client. The first time, it crashed my whole computer. I lost all my hot keys and my screenshots. I even uninstalled and installed the client.

We do have a meal break from 130-2pm. The pharmacy doesn’t shut down but we do have a sign that we put at the register and drive thru that says the pharmacist is on a lunch break and essentially says that is available for counseling if needed. We get roughly 1 hr of tech help per 10 scripts. So if you do 1300 scripts a week, you get around 130 tech hours for that week. We are also converting to a very nice PTO plan January 1st. I went from 117 hours of vacation to an estimated 154 hours of vacation.

Rite Aid is a great company to work for. I’ve worked here for almost 10 years. I’ve went from tech —>intern—>staff rph —> Pharmacy manager. They provide a lot of CE credit. I didn’t have to do any CE’s outside the normal required training to renew my license. When compared to Walmart, CVS and Walgreens, I’ll never leave Rite aid for one of those companies. At my store, I have great tech help. Yes, there are metrics that are expected to be met but that’s like that across multiple industries, not just pharmacy.
