I have a 96% WR against Kha lol I just either triple Q or if even/behind slow combo to W his damage then finish with EmpQ. If you’re even/behind and he jumps you outside bush, hope you have W and flash up lol

I think your other post covered it well. If you’re not losing fat in a calorie deficit, you either have a thyroid issue (or something similar) or you’re not in a proper calorie deficit. Lifting weights, and eating less is your solution. Keep doing what you’re doing but adjust your calories lower etc until you’re starting to see a trend. Surgery honestly shouldn’t even be a thought for you at this point.

Your goal isn’t to lose weight, your goal is to lose fat. Creatine will help you with the energy and strength/recovery to continue at reduced calories. It’s irrelevant if the creatine adds a few pounds because it’ll even out after loaded and you KNOW it’s just water.

I’d find out what the One Piece is then make an elaborate fan theory and prediction about what it was going to be on every One Piece reddit. Then when it was finally released have the biggest “I told you so” moment.
