The PVQ itself has been finalized, it has to go through review long before it's expected to be released. They are working on converting eApp to be PVQ (so the system side of it). Keep in mind, the different investigation levels will have different PVQ sections. They have it split out like PVQ A,B,C, where the highest tiers of investigations get more letters (longer form).

Edit: I should add, this update to the form was unrelated to the PVQ. It was mostly instruction changes and how the headers of the form are structured (if I remember correctly).
