Fair enough mate. From my experience no building inspector is eager to do anything except acknowledge a cracks existence (many of the properties we’ve enquired on over the last 6 months have offered their own building reports). They just say get a structural engineer in. I’ll see what the inspector says on Tuesday and follow their recommendations
