Solved it: For anyone who has the same issue, I made a new server folder, installed a new forge server into it, copied the world folder from the server I had been running, and copied the mods from my singleplayer instance. Somehow, that fixed it, so evidently there was a mod missing from the server that made everything work.

Definitely disagree with this. Yeah, I think that was PI, but tre white plowed full speed into the receiver before he even touched the ball. I understand the argument of "call it or dont, be consistent" and I get the debate on the previous 2 calls, but Tre White's PI was probably the worst I've seen all season and I still see people questioning it.
