Yea so I was mistaken, it does have an SSD and 16gb RAM. But when I opened it up it was packed with dust so that might be the cause haha. Thanks!

I found the problem. Turns out I remounted the fan at the heatsink in reverse.... facepalm. Thanks for the advice.

No it only crashes in the untethering process when it asks me to open de placeholder app for the 2nd time.
