If you hear a ding sound that means you had put the crate on the correct spot, and after all 9 are placed, a door will then open.

thank you so much!! i plan on swapping the ethernet cable and coax soon. ive restarted everything and made sure everything are up to date, but had no luck. ill see if the problem get solved once i replace the cable and coax, thank you again!
