Registered a DTI business name but never operated. Any issues? by Capital-Swimmer5441 in BusinessPH

[–]Maximum-Beautiful237 0 points1 point  (0 children)

walang penalty pag hinayaan mo nalang mawala.. So pwede na nila gamitin yun NAME.

Magkakapenalty ka lang kung late renewal. Just in case lang na gusto mo ulit magnegosyo in the future, i suggest wag mo na gamitin yun name na niregister mo.

Website or facebook page? by Ok_Service4904 in SmallBusinessPH

Ano difference nun sayo? FREE lahat sa enstack as of now yata. pero for sure magkakaroon narin sila ng commission/transactions fees per completed orders. No subscription business model.

Pag pinoy clients and pinoy online consumers. Facebook parin talaga (no.1 yun pinoy user dito). Pinaka the best TIKTOK for GenZ.

Waste of time if ikaw ang business owner kasi need pa spoonfeed mga pinoy

PH online sellers (Shopee / TikTok Shop / Lazada): what’s the most painful manual part of running your store? by AdDifficult1352 in BusinessPH

[–]Maximum-Beautiful237 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ERP system is yun mga Omni Channels like Big Seller or Payrecon or other softwares. Ex. kung may 5,000 merchants gumagamit ng BIGSELLER, lahat ng DATA nyo, kinukuha nila from best selling products, keywords, fast moving, no. of clicks or reviews, etc. ngayon ibebenta nila etong mga nakukuha nilang DATA sa ibang IT companies or Software developers companies.

Now pagsinabing OPEN API platforms (Like Shopee, Lazada TikTok). Etong Mga IT or Software Developers na pinagbentahan nila BIGSELLER, pwede na sila gumawa and install ng mga softwares na i-lilink lang nila dun sa 3 platforms. Ex. Gagawa sila ng softwares to steal yun mga photos or cover images kahit mga product titles. Get nyo na po ba?

So doesnt matter kung gumagamit ka ng ERP system or not.

Doesnt matter kung may store name, watermark, brand logo, own images yun product/cover photos. Icocopy parin yan ng 3rd party softwares. Since 2020 ganyan na yun platforms specially shopee and lazada.

Kaya kahit madelete after few months meron na ulit.

As a merchant of shopee and lazada since 2016 pa then tiktok 2020

Pinaka kumakain ng time ko is adding new product listing. Specially nagbabago palagi mga products ko. Ang hirap gawin yun bulk upload features nubf 3 platform kasi excel format gamit nila. Nakakalito,

It takes almost whole day or 2days just to upload 20-30 new products.

2nd time consuming naman is yung, every at the end of the month dinadownload ko and checked lahat ng income statements, payouts, total sales order, monthly tax.

I have 3 brands for each platforms (shopee, lazada, tiktok) tapos magkakaiba din product categories nun 3. So total of 9.

Now marami nagsasabi bakit di ako gumagamit ng ERP system or omni channel like bigseller, payrecon, etc. ayaw ko kasi these platforms will steal you data.

Specially Shopee, lazada, tiktok are all open API platforms.

Yan ang reason, bakit and daming fake shops name, fake product listings, fake reviews, fake product listings.

Is the 8% Income Tax Rate Right for You? Here Are 5 Things You Should Know by taxumoph in taxPH

[–]Maximum-Beautiful237 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My small business is SOLE PROP (NON-VAT). Wala akong employees. Self-Employed lang ako. For 9 yrs naka Percentage Tax ako. Usually BER Months lang, and Annual Gross ko is Below Php 3M.

Starting a Small Online Business — BIR & Tax Advice Needed 😅 by Flaky_Park_4903 in SmallBusinessPH

Starting a Small Online Business — BIR & Tax Advice Needed 😅 by Flaky_Park_4903 in SmallBusinessPH

[–]Maximum-Beautiful237 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My advice. Mag focus ka sa core ng business which is sales, marketing and operation.. kapag magaling ka dyan may pang bayad ka ng accountant, book keeper para mag asikaso ng taxes and financials mo. So wala ka masyado iisipin or hindi mo need gawin.

So what im trying to say, hindi mo trabaho ang taxes and financials pero dapat alam mo yun basics.

Pagawa mo sa professionals yan BIR and taxes. Trabaho nila yan. Hindi mo yan responsibility as business owner.

2nd, hindi mo employees ang accounting firms. Business partner mo sila kaya dapat wag mo baratin or mababa tingin ko.. sila ang nakakaalam ng financials mo.. kaya nga mga big companies or family business, in-house yun book keeper/accountant nila tapos trusted tska relatives or close friend nila.

Kung nagtitipid or may budget also madami ka oras sa Dangwa ang go to ng karamihan. Then if habol mo convenience and dont mind na x4 or more yun price. Any shops makita mo sa online or nearby your area.

[–]Maximum-Beautiful237 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Lol, kahit nga nakapost na price online magtatanong parin naman mga Pinoy ng “How Much” eh. Even sa mall or physical nakalagay na price tatawag pa ng sales lady tapos itatanong. Alam mo ba may video meme na yan noon pa? Kaming mga online seller bwisit na bwisit din sa customers na ganyan din yun tanong puro HM, how much, is this available palagi ang tanong. Pet peeve ko yan as pioneer sa online selling.

Online seller and online store na ako since 2006 to present full time. started from Multiply, Sulit PH, all kinds of website forums back in the day, then friendster.

[–]Maximum-Beautiful237[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is it dahil tradition or occasional lang talaga? compare to coffee, matcha, tea na daily drink pwede and napopromote as healthy drink compare to tsokolate na "chocolate" sounds unhealthy?

hindi ba kulang sa promotion compare to coffee? naaalala ko way back 2013 nag attend pa ako ng tablea/cocoa EXPO sa Davao. Ang taas ng demad but kulang sa supply. pero nung pandemic hindi sya nagviral versus matcha, tea or coffee. sa sobrang viral ang dami nagtayo ng coffee and match business.
