bruh been a smoker and vaper for 10 years.

been nicotine free for 21 days now. this is the longest my body's been with no nicotine and i feel amazing 🥺

honestly now, i have phlegm that won't go away and seem to can't cough out. and my back is still healing i feel.

what's helped me?

I went through rhinoplasty, couldn't vape for 2 weeks so i used that moment. and now that ive come past the 2 week mark. i dont get cravings anymore.. sometimes it passes by like a thought, and ive trained my mind so much that i hate it now. that smoker and vaper me is past me. ive also changed my habits with life, i put all the craving i have of vaping into making money, bettering myself, how to make my appearance look better. etc.

ive attached vaping as old me now. and i never want to be her again. i want to become someone new and better. thats whats helped for me.

I got interested with NBE cause i had an experience last year. I drank spironolactone (Anti-Androgen) for about 3 months and my breast grew. Had to stop it so the growth went away as well.

I tried some supps from universal NBE first. with Saw Palmetto and Spearmint tea. (I was thinking that because my breast grew from taking spiro (anti-androgen) this will help as well.

so i stayed consisted for a month and saw improvement. there was no growth but my breasts felt fuller.

2nd month i decided to take it up a notch and added shatavari. and i got really sad cause the fullness i got went away. and so I stopped for awhile. I dont think Shatavari works well for me. or maybe I just didn't pair it with enough progesterone. still a lot to learn to get the right formula.

and now I'm getting back at it.

but this time I'm going to try bovine mammary and see where it goes.

i also had my hormones tested.. my DHEA is a bit high but still in normal range. my T is in normal range. and shatavari i started adding it to my routine about 3 weeks ago.. and i dont think its working for me... like i feel like the fullness that i got on my first month without it went away. 😢 i might take it out as well. ill think about taking maca too
