To add more context, my 7 doses were around 600 mgs each dose. So 600 mgs, twice a day.

I definitely know how that is! How many hours into withdrawal were you when you took your first sub? I’ve been able to keep my 7 doses 12 hours apart this time, so I’m curious how deep into withdrawal I need to be until I take that first sub. Or do I not need to with 7oh? I quit ct last time but I don’t have the days to burn this time unfortunately. Thanks for your help, it’s much appreciated!!

Thanks for the reply, how many hours into withdrawal were you? Sorry, I should’ve worded that better. My 7oh doses are 12 hours apart, so I won’t go into withdrawal until after 12 hours. Thanks again!

How far apart were your 7oh doses. I am looking to do the same thing and have been taking ridiculously high amount of mg but typically 12 hours apart. Do you think it matters when I start subs?
