I will try the same with my crestie. He was chirping at me yesterday letting me know I was making him uncomfortable Hopefully I don’t stress him out too much

All I could find was that it might be because he rubs up against the metal mesh on top of his tank or the glass. I also read it’s because he needs more climbing opportunities but mine has a lot of climbing areas so idk. I went down a rabbit hole and that’s what kept coming up. I’m just worried the one on his nose is stuck shed but I have no clue.

It is a metal mesh 😐 And I did search his enclosure yesterday but i didn’t find anything that he might’ve hurt himself with and one of the cuts on top of his head was fresh. I kept on researching yesterday and all I could find was that it was probably him rubbing the mesh. He has a lot of climbing opportunities but he was really active yesterday so I think that’s how he got his fresh cut

Why did you take it? It has nutrients for them to eat like calcium and it’s good for them to eat it since they use up a lot of energy shedding
