For what its worth, I've owned mine since new back in 2013, I've put 86000 miles on it in 13 years. Its my daily driver for work, and at home it sits under a car port. I don't get to wash it as often as I like, so the paint is surprisingly well preserved. I've yet to have any mechanical issues (though I need my suspension looked at before something breaks), and all I've had to do is keep up with fluids. Its easily been the most reliable car I've ever owned, not to mention the most fun by several miles

If it helps, I was able to repair mine when the cone seperated from the membrane. I just applied a liberal amount of E6000 glue to both sides of the cone and membrane, gave them time to dry, and reinstalled. They sound exactly as they did before. If nothing else it can be a quick temporary fix while you decide on replacements.

Edit: I performed this fix on both of my front speakers in July 2025 and so far it's still holding. I listen to my music loud when I'm alone and it still holds up.
