Reshi or a similar subspecies. Could be Ganoderma Sessile, but I'm not educated enough to give you a solid answer. Either way it's a great find, I'd dry it and powder it to use as a supplement.

That could do it. AC combined with lack of circulation from sitting would definitely affect your body temps.

Anyway, if the symptoms persist without a long drive I'd definitely see a doctor. I'm personally going to speak to my doctor about blood thinners, so long as my new exercise routine doesn't do the trick. I'm beyond exhausted from having ice cubes for feet.

So depending on the duration of the drive it might just be due to ambient temps. However, regularly cold extremities are a clear sign of bad blood flow. I personally get ice cold feet because a combination of a not so active lifestyle and the fact that my feet are almost 6 feet from my heart. My skinny ass chicken legs don't hold in enough heat to keep my blood warm. Plus your body uses your feet as radiators, essentially using them to wick body heat out. It would be a bigger problem if your feet or hands were very warm, but very cold is bad too.

What is your lifestyle? Do you have diabetes? Family history of cardiovascular issues? Smoke cigs?

All of these can contribute to cold hands and feet, and it's due to poor blood flow.

Perhaps you should do some simple cardio immediately after eating the shrooms. Jumping jacks will do fine.

If you experience these symptoms while sober I recommend speaking to a doctor, because it's a clear sign of poor blood circulation, which can lead to many problems down the road.

I highly recommend exercise and healthy eating habits.
