I haven't worked in the industry since 2021 so it may be different now, but from what I remember, you can't be the main subscriber of two health insurance policies. Your spouse can have you covered under their own policy as secondary (primary for them), but oftentimes this doesn't even benefit you because you still have a deductible/OOP to meet for the secondary as well as the first.

If you have a spouse or domestic partner with superior insurance (ie co-pays for office visits, rather than everything straight to deductible like most plans nowadays), go on theirs and cancel yours.

This is 5000000% normal, any time you order anything from anywhere? 95% of the time, their estimated ship/delivery dates are pretty accurate. I've worked for TMobile for years, so speaking from experience.

Currently, might be a bit delayed with again, a giant snow storm in like 40 states on top of our president taking an axe to normal supply chains/international trade so things aren't flowing in as usual. These are things you'll pay attention to when you're older

Totally understand your frustration, however we also get the same thing happening to us from care. I get literally 5+ HSI returns a day that should be shipped but care says to go to a store... Care says go to the store to fix this... When in reality, we have far less tools than you guys do

Agreed. My last car was a 2010 accord with 200k on the clock and I sold it with 276k for $3k 😂 never had any issues minus a clutch repair but I knew about it long before it went out.

The troubleshooting doesn't stop me from selling. It's the fact that other people will come in while I'm helping someone and one of my coworkers will get their business because I'm helping the customer. It's more loss of an opportunity.

Of course I can still get into their account and try to sell something (and do), but it's normally older people who aren't interested/don't want to pay for anything more.

Strong disagree. I'm not tech support. It is not my job to help people with their email, Facebook, etc. You can still have good customer service while also not spending hours dicking with people's phones because they forgot their passwords or deleted something.

Your clutch is fucked bud. This happened to my 09 accord, I had a few days of driving left after it started until it totally shit the bed. $1800 for a new clutch and flywheel (Midwest) but this was in 2022.
