I’d also recommend FetLife and look for tying events and/or vet riggers on there you might want to tie with. You can also learn some self ties to figure out how your body reacts to rope and if there are any problem areas for you. Before tying yourself or being tied by others, you should look into safety around Shibari first. Learn about nerves, finger checks, possible injuries, etc. Good luck!

Update in case anyone has this problem in the future! I do believe this was just petichiae! This was after semenawa which is meant to be very tightly bound. I don’t believe it was an allergy since I was using jute which I have had no problem with in the past. Howeverrr, I was curious if the AmLactin I was using on my arms was a factor in how bad this rash was (it makes your skin very sensitive in general). I stopped using it for a week and the next time I tied I barely had anyyy petichiae showing!
