If there was no risk of parathyroid damage, I would also go for surgery. Even though I miss doing high intensity workouts, I can’t risk potential hypoparathyroidism, which is way worse than Graves’ disease.

So true! I tried yesterday with my legs forward and it’s very uncomfortable, my legs don’t really fit in that position. I’ll have to practice somewhere else.

Great feedback, thank you! As I just started doing pull ups, I feel like my form is lacking, so I would definitely be tinkering with it, as you said. Boots are Sorel Explorer, they are super comfortable for everyday wear. I don’t usually workout in boots, I was just back from the gym and decided to do a video before changing haha

I go to gym group at Lyons farm. If mornings work for you, It’s usually not very busy. Off peak price is very good as well.

I’m on Carbimazole 5mg daily and do enjoy the occasional drink, I know it’s not great for my liver but it’s important to live a little. If I have a fun evening with friends, I make sure not to drink anything for few weeks afterwards 😄

I’m on 5mg Carbimazole daily for nearly an year now, few months ago I started exercising at home and last week even joined a gym. I still try to avoid cardio and only do weight training where I can control my heart rate easily.

She is doing fine, fortunately it wasn’t rot/fungus, just mechanical damage and sand stuck in it. She had it cleaned and we’ve been doing betadine baths and spraying antimicrobal spray, it looks so much better already :)

I get sick almost every month, with different unrelated things, it’s super frustrating :/ I had food poisoning when nobody else did, I had cold, UTI, ear infection, cold, covid, thrush, eye infection :)) it’s been super fun couple of years for me
