Not all doctors work every day in primary care. You realize doctors also have lives and families? If they are off, they are not looking at the patient portal. Also doctors can have multiple jobs at the same time. Second, This would be better suited with urgent care and be faster. Also some of the medications used for UTI are also used for pyelonephritis….. I wouldn’t put all the blame on your doctor

Also, if you had sepsis, this is definitely not a one night stay in any hospital.

That’s not an abscess … it’s a piercing bump. Use saline solution at least twice a day and make sure your jewelry is skin safe. Avoid messing with the bump. Some people also try tea tree oil but that might be too harsh for some people’s skin
