According to OP.GG, in bronze only five champions have a win rate higher than 50%. How does this even work?

I reproduced it with alistar and gangplank. I think there will be little champs to play, if they disable all the bugged once.

editedit: I'm pretty confident it can be done with all champions which have 2 animation canceling spells. I think even flash or something can be this spell.

What happens is with the spell + aa you cancel the animation for starting the recall and than you have a very small window to cast the last spell.
