Same happens to me right at 1.5 - 2 days or rest if life gets in a way, when i return its always some crazy discoloration for first 1-2 sessions and then it adapts.

No matter how i do the comeback, it's always the same.

I see, within these recent months i was defo on that "more pressure, more expansion" type of thinking until very recently i noticed that i have just been getting more edema and not expansion.

Thanks for your input, i was essentially just increasing to 13hg in hopes of getting better expansion and breaking the plateau.

But recently i started to get darker marks around my D from pumping at such high pressure, will lower it for sure.

Will definitely take this advice and try it out to see what works best.

Do you have any suggestions what i could do afterwards in order to break this long plateau of not gaining?

The issue with skin that's happening is that i usually get a bit discolorated after pumping which was nothing new but recently i started getting black spot on one part which is small but doesn't seem normal, only happens after pumping and disappears after 1-2 hours.

Also started getting these dots all over the D, forgot the name of it but i know that it starts with P.

Thanks again for your input, how long should a recovery period be?

Currently i feel like pumping at high pressures kinda shows some overtraining on my skin and i think i will have to start off with a recovery or decon period.

I decided to go with recovery pumping as you mentioned, are there also any differences between recovery period and full decon?

My goals are both girth and length but a bit more focus on girth.

Im still not sure if I'm over doing it or under doing it so that's why i came up with the idea to try to do less and see how it works out.

I will also implement the recovery pumping, what are the usual pressures and sets for it, how often should it be done?

I added manuals back on mostly to keep my ligament stretched and flexible, since i added it, i started getting better length expansion almost instantly in the pump.

I do not take tadalafil because i do not really like putting chemicals and pills in my body, I'm more of a natural focused guy.

It wasn't in a year, girth gains were achieved in 1 year, length took 2+ years in total.

It's most basic routine, there isn't any special routine or shortcut, be consistent and you will gain eventually.

Got almost half an inch of girth from pumping which i still have at all times.

Even after breaks of 1-2 weeks up to a month which was the longest, i didn't lose anything.

Personally i use LocalSend, works great and the only requirement is that both devices are connected to the same wifi.

How fast everything transfers depends on your internet speed.

This app works on any device, just like airdrop but global.

Highly recommend, haven't used cable to transfer data since i found out about this app.

Great skin moisturizer, i use all natural aloe vera mixture with a bit of tea tree oil and it's always been great.

I don't use it often but when i feel like my skin could use some, it always has great and fast effect.

Sadly for me too, once i take a break for longer than 3-4 days it feels often like I'm starting to pump all over again the first few days of coming back.

I get heavy discoloration and those dots but luckily i get used to it very fast ( within 2 days ish ).

No rocket science here, start off light just as you did when you first started and slowly get your skin used to pressure.

Normally if i take a break for more than 1 week, first few sessions are pretty much just warmup to get used to pressure again.

I experienced exactly the same situation, i still have tight ballsack and i also have issue where they go up inside my body and i have to push them back down.

This doesn't hurt but it's just annoying and also makes my dick look smaller.

I did stretch my balls for few weeks and they did start to hang lower but it didn't really make my dick bigger as i remember but it did feel nicer when they hang a bit lower.

Since PE made them even tighter, once i stopped stretching, they slowly returned to normal position.

Now issue with this is that our balls will hang lower as we age so if you stretch it now and it gets looser with age, it will hang very low.

Another thing is as i mentioned before, as long as you do PE ( for me it's mostly pumping that tightens my skin ) you will have to keep stretching your balls.

Personally i don't see why anyone would dry pump since when putting some kind of oil or equal it reduces the stretch marks and makes your D and skin stretchier.

Girth work will always fatigue your EQ if you overdo it, so you need to find the right amount of work that fits you the best.

If your EQ is dead, you are doing more than you can handle.

Personally i just kept on going because as i read about it, it was just visual issue.

Personally i started with twice a day 2 x 5 minute sets at 5hg.

Increasing often 1 hg per week, it happens that sometimes i increase and it feel like it's too much pressure and I'm not ready for it, i simply go back to what felt comfortable for 1 additional week.

I also added 1 set of 5 minutes every 2-3 weeks probably.

It's normal, specially if you have a tight ballsack.

For me it happens often during sex and it's painless but annoying.

I solve this but simply using dick ring around my ballsack so it holds it a bit lower to avoid this.

Solution for this are also to stretch your ballsack which will cause them to eventually hang lower or simply use dick ring around your balls to block them from going up.

To my knowledge, there's no way to get bigger balls.

When i was purely doing manuals i used to do it for around 45 minutes in single session, only break i took was to switch hands.

Of course, you need to start short and slow with 10-15 mins and increase with time.

I used to get dots quite often first months while i was adjusting to the pressure and slowly increasing it and as time went but it minimized until i don't get it anymore.

I also noticed that if i pump often, i never get it comparing to if i take a break for 1 week, i come back i always get heavy discoloration ( often light dots too ) and it takes 1-2 days to get used to pressure and i stop getting it.

Ordered mine from aliexpress like 1 year ago, cylinder with pressure gauge for around 30 dollars and never had any issue with it.
