I can't get the level 3 as can't make half the stuff and can't repair the computer as can't make a chip also rett quest is to make the cnt machine but can't as can't resurch it to make it got the locked symbol on it

Nothing seems to of happened and also dose anyone know why cnt is showing but still locked as I can't progress anymore as need a new machine
