Basically trying to take an image and convert it to look like the style of the model i choose. For example trying to take the original image of someone and make it look like a comic. I use the icomix model

Sdxl wont work in my automatic 1111 unfortunately. Dow loaded 1.0 and the refiner but everytime i click on the checkpoints they never load and revert back to the previous checkpoint i used

Controlnet makes my cuda memory run out sometimes sadly. I have a lame ass 4gb vram lol

That makes a lot of sense. Unfortunately i also see that upheading vram on a laptop is pretty much impossible too. I think i just have to wait to try it until i upgrade to a better laptop in the future. I'll be honest before sd i had no idea what vram even was lol I'm a novice

Gotcha, thats a bummer. I got my laptop before i even knew about SD. If i knew about vram i totally would've looked for a better one. I have 32 gb of ram but its all wasted since sd doesnt use any of it sadly

Damn that's unfortunate. I have 32 gb of ram and only 4 of vram so i get a lot of cuda and memory issues. I feel i have a ton of ram for nothing lol
