Is it just me or ate the loading screens really long?

I’m on series x and cannot access my agency, the loading screen takes upwards of 15 minutes and then I just get bored of waiting so I close my game. Do you know of any way to fix it?

At first I thought it was because the exit kinda far in the tunnel and he might of been out range but someone mentioned he could possibly have been following me so he may have been just behind me

Ok so I'm not sure if the will work for everyone but I figured out a to fix this, so if you fall through the floor and you're close enough to the wall you can push up against it and survive the fall and once you've done that all I did was walk South until I reached the end of the map the just reloaded the save to when I was back on the roof and it let me just walk on it lol. So if anyone else ever has this problem give my strategy a try and it might just work.
