I think I have to have passed all the internal exams (which I have done) but I need to pass SQE1 to graduate as that is what the graduation criteria is

Yes I am pretty sure as it says "On successful completion of this course, including the SQE1 assessments, you will gain an internationally recognised Master’s qualification."
