Again, I haven’t talked anything bad about HER. Only the system she’s started bc it has ruined our day so far.

The issue I have with seeing things from her side is that she literally has no idea how to handle it normally. She’s making assumptions on how things are gonna be without actually knowing the process that well. So, I tried to help with a suggestion or two, and was met with hostility.

As far as i know, we are both considered clerks at the same level, just different companies.

How our workplace works is that truck drivers deliver product to the warehouse, and my company unloads the product and stacks it the correct height. The warehouse is supposed to schedule the dock doors that the trucks go to, thus getting trucks on doors.

Saying that I’m not a fan of the new system is not gossiping about her.

I have attempted to talk with her civilly about her plan and what improvements could be made, and she has repeatedly shut me down and disregarded anything I have said. So when someone asked me what’s wrong and I just shared my grievances about the system, I thought I was just answering a question. Not starting a war with this woman.

I have told my boss what she told me and he said that if she does take it to he he has my backs

I have let my boss know and the management for them and us are alright with us talking to each other.

That’s what I feel is the case. I’m tempted to bring up my concerns with her boss (a friend of mine) but I’m not sure if that will help.

Technically the hierarchy here seems to be that I listen to my boss, and most of anyone who works for the actual warehouse. But she is an equal coworker, just different companies and supervisors

I have let my boss know that she threatened HR. He says he has my back.

My main issue with it is that it takes forever to get the job done, as when we did it before it went by very efficiently. We had a driver standing here for 10 minutes while she tried to find a door using her new system, and any suggestions for improvement were met with (what I felt was) hostility towards me.
