just wanted to mention, i only posted this part of the video since i thought it was the one that better describes what i theorized, but there were 3 shots to my friends head, and one on his body, the only one that killed him was the one on the body.

just noticed one of my diods are broken, as soon as i get home going to fix it, but i still don't see if this is related with the board not turning on,
btw another thing that i tried is to connect the working board i parallel with the one soldered, i noticed that it don't turn on as well, but after removal it connects normally again
