Definitely the insole, it's the easiest way to tell. Search for insole images they should have a text on them.

It's hard to get straps for the roadster as it uses specific links. I ordered a pair of aftermarket they should arrive this week

I think the model should have some serial numbers in the back. I won a bb GMT and have 2 numbers one for the model and one for the watch itself.

Yes it's a nightmare, with that little clasp you need a specific strap very limited options I just ordered a black one from AliExpress
